Kitchen Operations

- 1+ year line cook or food prep experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Italian cuisine is a plus
Front of House Associate
Guest Experience

Shift Supervisor
Management
Lead shift operations for our piada italian street food restaurant, manage team performance, oversee food quality, and create a positive environment for both employees and guests during your shift.
- 2+ years restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Food handler certification required
- Inventory and scheduling experience
Prep Cook
Kitchen Prep
Ensure our kitchen is stocked and prepped for a successful service. You'll handle mise en place for our fresh Italian ingredients, sauces, proteins, and housemade components that make every piada special.
- Basic knife skills and food prep experience
- Ability to follow recipes precisely
- Strong work ethic and punctuality

Assistant Manager
Operations & Leadership
Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales, develop staff, and maintain Piada's brand standards. This is a high-growth role with a path to General Manager.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Proven team development track record
- P&L familiarity and cost control skills
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
Catering Coordinator
Events & Catering
Manage catering orders and corporate event coordination for Piada. Build relationships with local businesses, coordinate logistics, and ensure flawless execution of our piada italian catering experiences.
- Event coordination or catering sales background
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license for local delivery
